Our Cancellation, Rescheduling and No Show Policy
At Therapeutic Touch Wellness Center, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We understand that life happens, but we kindly ask for at least
48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel.
To secure your appointment, we require a valid credit card on file for all clients. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a fee of
25% of the scheduled service cost, charged to the card on file.
This policy helps us respect our practitioners’ time, cover expenses, offer appointment openings to other clients, and keep our schedule running smoothly for the wellness community we serve. We deeply value your trust in our team and are grateful for the meaningful relationships we’ve built with our clients and local community.
