❖ Canceling or requesting to reschedule within 48 hours of a client’s appointment will result in a $25.00 cancellation fee that will be due prior to the scheduling of their next appointment. An invoice will be sent via email that needs to be paid online. Only with an emergency situation and the owner’s approval can this fee be waived.
❖ If a client reschedules or cancels 3 appointments within 3 months that violate this policy the client will need to prepay the total cost of their next appointment and this appointment cannot be changed at all.
❖ Please note we reserve the right to make adjustments and changes to this policy at any time and will provide clients notice of any amendments.
We recognize that situations arise and rescheduling or canceling might be necessary, however, here at TTWC we value our employees' time and their commitment to our center and all of our clients' wellness. Please always consider this as well when scheduling and making changes.
